Belgium’s rising star Tamino will release his debut album through the UK label Communion.
Tamino: “I’m delighted to have found a home in Communion Records, a UK label that appreciates artistic authenticity. They have achieved multiple successes in breaking indie artists internationally. I’m excited to find out what people in France, UK or Turkey might think of my music.”
Jamie Emsell (Communion Managing Director): "We feel very privileged to welcome Tamino to the Communion family. He is an extraordinary artist who has already achieved so much in Belgium, and we look forward to helping him build on his domestic success and reach new audiences globally." March 16th sees the release of Tamino’s first single Habibi worldwide. For the first time the song will also get a live video.
The EP, which already came out in Belgium, will be re-released internationally, with Tamino taking the opportunity to return to the studio and re-record definitive versions of these songs. This spring Tamino will release a brand new single in Belgium. He also starts touring from mid-April onwards throughout Europe, and will play a lot of international festivals over the summer, such as Down The Rabbit Hole (NL) and Citadel Festival (UK).
